Description

2.1. The object of the procurement shall be medicinal products (hereinafter referred to as ‘Goods’) registered in the Registers of Medicinal Products of the Republic of Lithuania or the Community or entered in the List of Parallel Imported Medicinal Products. A medicinal product registered or not in other registers shall not be considered to be the subject of this procurement. The supply of these Goods will be subject to framework agreements with the successful tenderers in accordance with the provisions of the draft framework agreement set out in Part C of the procurement documents.
