Work in Finland Recruitment Coaching for Employers
KEHA Centre / Work in Finland acquires a remote training package for employers in sectors suffering from labour shortages to increase their knowledge of international recruitment. With the help of the coaching, the company gains a basic understanding of what options there are for recruiting labour from abroad and how to act in practice in order to get the recruitments started. The service is offered in Finnish, Swedish and English throughout Finland. The acquisition concerns Work in Finland remote recruitment coaching, which includes 3 hours of industry-specific coaching and 3 hours of industry-specific coaching that is voluntary for the client employer. Work in Finland-recruitment coaching is a Work in Finland business service that provides employers, regardless of their starting level, with basic skills for international recruitment. After the training, the company will know the answers to the following questions: What options do we have for recruiting an employee from abroad? - How to reach international experts already in Finland? - How should we act in practice? The employer may participate in the training, even if the recruitment of an international expert is not yet topical. The package to be acquired includes approximately 200-300 remote coaching sessions during the contract period 1.8.2025 – 31.12.2026 + option to extend the year of the service from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2027. (Approximately 200 coaching sessions). The subject matter and requirements of the contract are described in more detail in Annex 1 Description of the subject matter of the contract. Procurement under this invitation to tender shall be carried out within the limits of the appropriations available. The contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Customer.
