Description

Provision of inventory items - medical resort, according to the tender specifications, by concluding a Framework Agreement with the economic operators whose admissible tenders will be positioned on the first 3 places in the ranking drawn up on the basis of the award criterion referred to in point II.2.5. of the Procurement Data Sheet. Subsequent contracts will be concluded by the purchaser with the successful economic operator for the quantities requested. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders according to the fixed deadline set out in GEO 107/2017.
