Description

Supply Framework agreement for the rental and maintenance of a minibus fleet (IV) 12.) KöHÉM Decree (KöHÉM Decree) Section 2(9)(b) of Vehicle Category M2 or Section 2(9)(c) of KöHÉM Decree (Vehicles) of Vehicle Category M3 according to the timetable set out in Volume III of the Tender Documentation (Technical Description) and the provision of maintenance services for Vehicles Contracting authority shall apply the Public Procurement Procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. In order to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 105(1)(a). For each stage, the rental and maintenance services are carried out by direct order [based on the prices indicated in the Price Table submitted by the tenderer in the context of its tender] in the manner laid down in the framework agreement (direct order may be made per stage). The framework amount of the Framework Agreement is the sum of the Expected Total Rent [Value of the Price Table cell [F11]]. The framework agreement shall consist of four orderable phases, the first of which shall be ordered by the Contracting Authority upon conclusion of the framework agreement: Stage 1: 1 electric-powered vehicle, 4 Euro 6 diesel-powered vehicles (in total 5 Vehicles); Stage 2: 3 Euro 6 Diesel-powered Vehicles (8 Vehicles in total); Stage 3: 1 Electric Vehicle, 2 Euro 6 Diesel Vehicles (of 11 Vehicles) ; Stage 4: 2 Electric Vehicles, 2 Euro 6 Diesel Vehicles (15 Vehicles in total).
