Description

The AdSP informs that the company Top cucina Eventi s.r.l., holder of Formal Act No 87/24 and the related Supplementary Act No 109/26 concerning the use of an artifact located at the Trapezoidal Pier, of a total of 2,432.00 square meters (of which 71 square meters are occupied by a pergotenda and 120 square meters by a dehors), as well as 91 square meters of outdoor area, for the purpose of implementing services to catering and cultural tourism, as well as in order to also carry out public entertainment activities, musical and dancing events, expiring on 28 January 2030. By application ref. AdSP No 16310 of 24 March 2026, the aforementioned company requested that the duration of the concession be changed until 28 January 2040 on account of the structural investments supported and to be supported, in accordance with the first sentence of the second paragraph of Article 24 of the Cod. nav. This notice is published for 30 consecutive calendar days in the GURI, the OJEU, the Palermo City Council Praetorian Register and this body’s online Praetorian Register (www.adsppalermo.it). Any observations and/or competing applications, the latter limited to the period following the natural expiry of the concession (28.01.2030), may be submitted by the deadline for publication in the GURI to the Authority’s pec address. Proceedings are available from the Public Property Office of this body. The person responsible for the proceedings is the Head of the Public Property Area.
