Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity together with distribution and transmission services connected with the purchase and supply of natural gas for the delivery points of Nitra Self-Governing Region, as well as delivery points in the set-up area between 1 January 2024 and 24:00:00 on 31 December 2024, including the transfer to the supplier of responsibility for deviations of a quality consistent with the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in compliance with the applicable Slovak legislation, the technical conditions and the operating rules of the distribution network operator to the delivery points of the contracting authority. The supply of gas together with distribution and transport services must be ensured within the meaning of Act No 251/2012 on energy and amending certain acts, as amended, and under Act No 250/2012 on regulation in network industries, as amended.
