Puitejärjestelyn kohteena ovat virka- ja työmatkustukseen soveltuvat kotimaan hotellimajoituspalvelut. Hotellimajoituksessa:
– majoitusliikkeen huoneet ovat asiakkaan varattavissa useilla eri varaustavoilla, vähintään sähköpostitse, puhelimitse ja asiakkaan käyttämän sopimusmatkatoimiston kautta Amadeus-varausjärjestelmää hyödyntäen
– majoitusliikkeen vastaanotto on avoinna ja henkilökunta on paikalla ympäri vuorokauden
– noutopöytäaamiainen on tarjolla majoitusliikkeen yhteydessä.
