Description

The subject of the call for tenders is the conclusion of a collective agreement on occupational health insurance (bKV) for the employees of Rheinbahn AG. Occupational health insurance must be designed as a compulsory group insurance contract. The contract must be concluded for all employees who are in an unterminated employment relationship with Rheinbahn AG at the beginning of the contract and who are registered for the insurance contract by Rheinbahn AG. Rheinbahn AG grants eligible employees a voluntary, tax-free in-kind allowance of currently a maximum of EUR 30.00 per month per insured person in accordance with the 11th sentence of Paragraph 8(2) of the EStG for the financing of occupational health insurance. The call for tenders includes a group contract with a minimum duration of two years.

Die Bewertung der übrigen Angebote erfolgt linear zwischen dem niedrigsten angebotenen monatlichen Beitrag und einem monatlichen Beitrag von 30,01 €, welcher mit 0 Punkten bewertet wird. Eine Überschreitung des Betrags von 30,00 € führt zum Ausschluss vom Vergabeverfahren.
