Description

It is concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement. It does not include a minimum but a maximum in value in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-5 of the Public Order Code. It may give rise to the issue of order forms. It does not have a slice. The contract is awarded as follows: Lot 1: End of work control, counting, and monitoring of the operation, without minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 800 000 Euros excluding tax per year. Lot 2: End-of-works control for road improvement operations in favour of buses, with no minimum amount and for a maximum amount of EUR 150 000 excluding VAT per year. Lot 3: Checking the completion of works and services at stations and stations, without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 100 000 Euros excluding VAT per year. The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months from the date of its notification. The contract may be renewed three (3) times for a further period of twelve (12) months by tacit renewal. The purpose of this consultation is to carry out conformity checks on the work of operations financed by Île-de-France Mobilités and carried out by the contracting authorities in respect of quality of service, as well as the annual monitoring of the quality of service of intermodality equipment covered by an operating agreement between Île-de-France Mobilités and the contracting authority. Through this approach, the objectives of IDFM through the award of this framework agreement are to: - ensure that the work carried out is completed and complies with the grant application file, in order to authorise payment of the balance of the grant; - alerting the contracting authority to any discrepancies between the work defined in the grant application and the work carried out, in particular with a view to implementing any corrective measures or reviewing the amount of the grant awarded; - monitor the operation through the respect of the quality of service in the park relays, bus stations and Véligo bike instructions. - monitor the use of Véligo bikes and park relays. - monitoring the completion of works for road improvement operations in favour of buses: This is to ensure the completion of the work carried out and its conformity with the project described in the grant application file on the basis of which ÎLE-DE-FRANCE MOBILITÉS awarded its grant. - monitoring the completion of works through its contracts with station managers and transport operators: all services are described in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) of this framework agreement.
