Description

Fire safety planning by analogy No 17 AHO 2015, performance phases 1-9 for the construction of a new secondary school as an educational campus at the Rauschwalder Straße 73 site in Görlitz; First of all, it is foreseen that the service phase 1-3 will be contracted. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases or to sub-contracting after the performance of service phases 1-3. Description of the options: gradual commissioning of service phases 4-9. The sub-contracting is subject to the availability of investment/funding and a positive decision by the contracting authority in principle for the implementation of the overall measure.
