The equipment of the Finnish Olympic Committee's teams
The primary object of the procurement is the delivery package of the attached equipment list of the teams administered by the Olympic Committee (see Annex 1 of the invitation to participate). In the second place, the procurement examines the Supplier's long-term service capability, which is assessed on the basis of the Supplier's conditions to complement the Customer's operational resources, for example, with design, design and marketing resources, as well as with the management of the processes of equipment operations. Both the range of equipment offered and the provider's operating methods and financial conditions must meet domestic and international quality standards. The third essential characteristic of the procurement site is the specific functional and image requirements of the equipment requirements related to international competition activities. Teams compete in different operating environments, in which case the equipment must meet the operational requirements of the race trip and the venue. The aim of the acquisition is to provide the sports team representing Finland in international competitions with the best possible equipment in terms of price-quality ratio, characteristics and appearance. At the same time, the candidate commits to a long-term, mutually beneficial commercial cooperation based on complementary resources for the benefit of Finnish sports and physical activity.
