Description

The object of the contract includes the acquisition of an Information System that allows automating the management of human resources and the economic and financial management of the ULPGC, as well as the services necessary for its implementation as a managed system in infrastructure provided by the supplier. The contract will also include the provision of the maintenance service from the entry into production of the system until the end of the contract, including corrective maintenance, assistance, technological evolution and the regulatory evolution applicable to the management processes implemented. All this in order to replace the current information system of human resources management and economic and financial management developed mainly with the University's own personnel and which is considered obsolete and difficult to maintain and evolve in the future.
