Description

The Central Immigration Office (ZAB) of Saarland is a department of the State Administration Office (LaVA) in the business area of the Ministry of the Interior, Building and Sport (MIBS) of Saarland. LaVA's IT operations are provided by the country's IT Services Centre (IT-DLZ). The ZAB uses the technical procedure ADVIS of the manufacturer Communx for the management of the master data of foreigners in the Saarland as well as for the processing of business transactions. Documents created with ADVIS from Office document templates, as well as electronically incoming documents and files, are currently kept in paper form. The subject of the call for tenders is the digitisation of the existing files as well as the associated logistical and support services.
