Description

BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering concluding a framework contract for software maintenance and support for the already purchased software licenses for the software "Ivanti Environment Manager" of the manufacturer Ivanti Germany GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as Profile Management Tool "PMT") for the own operation BWI and target operation Bundeswehr. The client intends to commission the contractor with the temporary provision of further licenses of the software as well as the provision of software maintenance and support services both with regard to these new licenses and with regard to the licenses of the software already acquired for permanent use (hereinafter also referred to as "inventory licenses") on the basis of individual orders in accordance with the framework contract. The specific supplies and services to be provided by the contractor (hereinafter referred to as "contractual services") result from Clause 1 of the framework contract. The contract is concluded for a maximum duration of four years (two years of basic duration, plus a two-year extension option on the client side).
