Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is:receipt of municipal waste from immovable property on which residents reside; from immovable property on which residents do not live; real estate, which is partly immovable property on which residents live and part of property on which no residents live, and municipal waste is generated in the area of the ‘Clean Region’ Inter-municipal Association within Sector 10 – Driving and equipping real estate from the above sector with containers and bags for municipal waste and maintaining the containers in a proper sanitary, cleaning and technical condition.
2. The services covered by the contract must be performed in accordance with the rules and conditions set out in the Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
