In accordance with § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021, property planning services in the Buildings and Interiors service portfolio include service phases 1 - 8 for the replacement of the new building and the renovation of the specialist class wing (possibly future hoarding) in the city of Tribsees, phased commissioning LPH 1-4 LPH 5-8. The tender is based on an initial variant study, which was developed as part of a feasibility study. The client has already decided on one of the variants listed there, which of course has to be specified by means of the LPH 1-2. The Regional School with elementary school Tribsees is to be modernized and expanded. A replacement building is planned with the inclusion of the existing specialist class wing and the auditorium. Estimated construction costs: KG 200-600 approx. 24.000.000 € gross. The city strives to find out and apply for available funding. Future contractors must provide the necessary planning documents in a timely and complete manner.
