Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Ausschreibung der Fachplanung und Bauüberwachung von 19 neu zu errichtenden Grundwassermessstellen. Die Standortsuche, Fachplanung und Bauüberwachung sind Aufgaben des AN. Die Standortsuche erfolgt in 15 vom AG festgelegten Grundwasserkörpern. Damit der AN den Planungs- und Arbeitsaufwand bei der Angebotserstellung besser einschätzen kann, sind die Geologie und die Messstellensituation in den betreffenden Grundwasserkörpern in 13 Detailkarten unter Anlage 1 dargestellt. Die geforderten Leistungen werden in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphasen des §43 der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (folgend HOAI) beschrieben. Die vom Auftraggeber (folgend AG) nach HOAI geforderten Leistungsphasen und Leistungsbestandteile (siehe Anlage zu § 6 Spezifische Leis-tungspflichten) sind vom Auftragnehmer (folgend AN) dementsprechend anzubieten und zu leisten.
