The subject matter of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework contract under which specific contracts will be awarded for the supply of the power part of electricity (‘supply’) in accordance with Decree No 540/2005 of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ) on the quality of electricity supply and related services in the electricity sector.
