PL-Czerniejewo: project and design preparation, estimation of costs
The contract concerns: production of maps for design purposes for watercourses in the Czerniejewo Forest District, where it is planned to locate the pledges and passes and to develop a programming and spatial concept, a description of the subject-matter of the contract for the preparation of the tender documentation, preparation of the application for and obtaining an environmental decision, and a substantive evaluation of the bids submitted in the context of the tender procedure, together with supervision, on behalf of the investor, of the implementation of the project for the construction of pledges in three locations in the Czerniejewo Forest District (site No: 09-22-01-01, 09-22-01-02, 09-22-01-03, 09-22-01-04, 09-22-01-05, 09-22-04-01, 09-22-04-02, 09-22-05-01).
The concept should be developed taking into account the description of the task (each task is described separately) contained in Annexes 2a, 2b, 2c to the ToR.
In order to draw up the tender correctly, the Contractor shall be required to acquaint himself with the subject-matter of the contract and to obtain all necessary information as to the risks, difficulties and any other circumstances that may arise during the performance of the contract, including an on-site inspection on the ground, at the expense of the on-site visit being borne by the Contractor. In the price of the tender, the Contractor shall present all costs for the works necessary for the proper execution of the subject matter of the contract. The time limit for the visual inspection must be agreed by telephone with the Contracting Authority.
The studies described above must be carried out on paper in a quantity of 4 copies together with a set of documentation on an electronic medium (CD in formats: for text files – DOC and for non-editable files – pdf).Documents must be checked by a person with authority (signature and stamp of the designer and checking on each paper copy).
The contractor will obtain an up-to-date digital design map at its own expense on a scale of 1: 1000 (for engineering works 1:500).
The contracting authority declares that it is in possession of extracts from the land register and extracts from the map of the land and buildings register, certified by the body keeping the register, for the plots of land occupied for the planned facilities and will make them available to the Contractor.
The environmental impact of the planned investment must be identified in detail and the technical solutions must comply with the requirements of the applicable environmental legislation.
The development of the programming and spatial concept for the above-mentioned facilities must be carried out in accordance with the rules, including technical and construction and technical knowledge rules, so as to ensure optimal economic viability of construction and operation, together with the use of modern works and materials technologies.
All materials, equipment, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the execution of the Contract shall be supplied and secured by the Contractor at his own expense.
The Contractor shall be required to be aware of all regulations issued by central and local authorities and other regulations, regulations and guidelines which are in any way connected with the project development to be carried out and shall be fully responsible for compliance with their provisions in the performance of the subject matter of the contract.
The Subject of the Contract shall consist of:
(a) software-spatial design and mapping for design purposes with longitudinal ditch profiles,
(b) preparing the application for issuing and obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of consent for the implementation of the investment;
(C) a summary of costs,
(D) a description of the subject matter of the contract for the preparation of the tender documents,
(e) an expert report on the tenders submitted in connection with the invitation to tender,
(F) supervising the implementation of the investment on behalf of the investor.
