Netherlands-The Hague: Asbestos removal services
The National Buildings Service, Management Directorate (Contractor and Contracting Authority), is responsible for organising and carrying out (commissioning) the regular and planned maintenance of its objects. As a building owner, the National Buildings Agency also implements the policy called RAR: Regulation on asbestos policy for the National Buildings Service (RAR 2000), in order to have an aspbed risk mapping for all its objects. The Management Directorate’s task is therefore to identify and clean up asbestos and to prevent and eliminate the health risks posed by asbestos in objects used and used by the National Buildings Service. To this end, the Programme of Requirements is called: “Asbest-advisory services” have been drawn up. A detailed description of the services and work requested can be found in the (draft) Programme of Requirements (Annex 4). Work will in particular include asbestos inventories and other work from the SC-540.All documents for this call for tenders can be obtained and downloaded via tender.
