Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan to finance the planned deficit in Zalewo’s budget and to repay previously contracted loans in the amount of PLN 2.145.219, including:
— financing of the planned deficit in the budget of the municipality of Zalewo – PLN 2.129.808;
— repayment of previously contracted loans – PLN 15.411.
The loan shall be released from the day following the date of conclusion of the loan agreement to 28 December 2014 on dates and tranches adapted to the needs of the contracting authority.
