Description

The Zweckverband Wasser Isar-Vils, a corporation governed by public law, has 15 member municipalities and supplies an area of 34 966 ha. Within the supply area, the Kröning groundwater development area is also located. Two wells (TB I and TB II) are already located in this development area. The Special Purpose Association intends to increase support from the Kröning area. On the basis of an investigation to identify suitable wells and pipeline routes and a variant study, the Special Purpose Association decided to degrade three new wells (TB III, TB IV and TB V) and to convert the existing two wells. The construction of a suction tank is also planned. The three new wells must also be connected to the existing treatment plant. In this context, approximately 4 000 m of pipeline construction is necessary.
