Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of services in the field of preventive health care and other occupational medicine services for officers and employees of the Police of Zachodniopomorskie Province, issuing medical certificates on this basis on the absence or existence of contraindications to the service / work in the position held and determining their type, including the performance of: periodic and control tests for police officers and police staff, tests on changing conditions of service/work, preliminary tests of candidates for work in the Police (preliminary tests of employees), periodic tests, sanitary-epidemiological tests, tests of divers (without hyperbaric chamber), tests of inland navigation drivers and laboratory and diagnostic tests for officers leaving and returning within the framework of the United Nations Mission. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two lots: (1) Part No: I – name: provision of medical services to be provided in a medical facility located in the city of Szczecin 2) Part II – name: provision of medical services, which will be carried out in a medical facility located in the city of Koszalin
