Description

Irish Management Institute (IMI) hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EC (open procedure) for applicants, and is inviting tenders under the open procedure to provide the full range of consultancy services comprising to the following. The Team should be Architect Lead:
1) Architectural Services (including DAC and Planning);
2) Civil/Structural and Fire Engineering Services;
3) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services;
4)nProject Supervisor Design Process (PSDP);
5) Quantity Surveying Services.
The commission will also establish a Single Supplier Framework of Construction Consultancy Team for Future Works to the IMI Campus.
