1. Subject matter of the contract. 1.1. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and supply to the Contracting Authority for remuneration (supply) electrical materials – specialised light sources authorised to be marketed on the intra-Community (CE) market. 1.2.
