Description

The subject of the contract is the development and organisation of educational and promotional events relating to the Infrastructure and Environment Programme (OPI & E), including:
(a) Maximum 40 school trips entitled The Infrastructure and Environment Programme route,
(b) Maximum 2 outdoor events entitled Picnics of the Infrastructure and Environment Programme,
(C) Maximum 4 touring events entitled Green Bus of the Infrastructure and Environment Programme.
Within the scope of the contract, the contractor will in particular be required to:
(a) preparing the concept of creative events,
(b) preparing the concept of educational and promotional programmes for events,
(C) preparation and implementation of events promotion plans,
(D) the organisation and organisation of events,
(e) the production of photographic and film documentation of the events.
