Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of infusion liquids and feeding preparations to the warehouse of the Contracting Hospital pharmacy, hereinafter referred to as ‘the products’.
2. International names, doses and quantities of the subject-matter of the contract are specified in the product-price forms constituting Annexes 1.1 to 1.23 to the tender form.
3. The term of validity of the products offered may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery.
