Description

The purpose of the consultation launched by the Syndicat intercommunal d'assainissement de Marne-la-Vallée (SIAM) is to entrust, by service concession contract, the production and marketing of BioCO2, corresponding to the following stages: - Receipt of the raw or "offgas" vent from the Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes wastewater treatment plant - Purification of the raw or "offgas" vent in order to produce BioCO2 and methane (CH4) - Packaging, storage and marketing of BioCO2. The Contractor is solely responsible for the design, construction, operation of the BioCO2 purification unit, packaging, storage and marketing of the products; it shall operate it at its own risk. In return for its obligations, the Dealer receives directly from the buyers that it has identified the products of the marketing of BioCO2.
