Description

Am Thomas-Eßer-Berufskolleg, Kommerner Str. 137 in Euskirchen, wurde das Bauteil C auf einer Fläche von ca. 1.290 m² rückgebaut. Dieses grenzte unmittelbar an die Bestandsgebäude Bauteil B und D. Die aufgrund des unterirdischen Rückbaus entstandene Baugrube am BT C wurde mittels vorliegendem Bauschutt, Schotter und Kalksplitt lagenweise verfüllt und verdichtet (Ausbildung einer wassergebunden Decke). Es ist geplant eine neue, temporäre Außenfassade an den ehemaligen Anschlussstellen zwischen dem abgebrochenen Bauteil C und den Bauteilen B und D auf einer Länge von insgesamt ca. 70 m zu errichten. Diese soll in Holzrahmenbauweise mit Fassadenverkleidung ausgeführt werden und als Witterungsschutz dienen.
