HOGEVIJF Seniorenvoorzieningen OCMW Hasselt - Busvervoer voor gebruikers van de centra voor dagverzorging . Toelichting: OCMW Hasselt wenst een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor het vervoer van de bezoekers van en naar de verschillende centra voor dagverzorging en dit voor een periode van 48 maanden. Plaats van dienstverlening: De bezoekers van de centra voor dagverzorging zijn gehuisvestigd binnen het grondgebied van Hasselt en Kortessem. OCMW Hasselt beschikt over twee centra voor dagverzorging: - centrum voor dagverzorging HOGEVIJF Stadspark – Zeven Septemberlaan 17 te 3500 Hasselt - centrum voor dagverzorging HOGEVIJF Banneux – Hadewijchlaan 74 te 3500 Hasselt. Op 1 januari 2025 fusioneren Hasselt en Kortessem en valt het grondgebied Kortessem onder het grondgebied Hasselt.
