The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and assembly of medical equipment for the needs of the newly created neurological rehabilitation department at the district hospital in Pińczów. 2. The detailed description and scope of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the annexes to these specifications: 2.1. Annex 2 - description of the subject of the contract - summary of technical and operational parameters 2.2. Annex 4 - draft contract. 3. The subject-matter of the contract has been divided into lots: ⁇ part 1 – devices for medical rehabilitation ⁇ part 2 – basic equipment – medical furniture 1 ⁇ part 3 – basic equipment – medical furniture 2 ⁇ part 4 – medical devices – cardiomonitor, ECG ⁇ part 5 – medical devices – macerator ⁇ part 6 – other supplementary equipment 1 ⁇ part 7 – other supplementary equipment 2 ⁇ part 8 – supplementary equipment – other medical furniture 4. The Contracting Authority requires (Annex 2 ) the Contractor to provide the trade name of the product offered together with the name of its producer. 5. If the national parameters or standards used in the SWZ (and/or in the annexes to the SWZ) or transposing European standards or international standards indicate the producers of products or their source of origin, it means that the technical parameters of the products so indicated define the minimum expectations required by the Ordering Party as to the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall be entitled to use equivalent products, which shall be understood as having technical characteristics not inferior to those indicated in the RTS and the Annexes. It is also permissible to demonstrate standards equivalent to those indicated in the documents of this SWZ. The Contractor shall bear the burden of indicating ‘equivalence’. In order to assess the equivalence of the equipment (products) offered by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be obliged to describe them with an indication of equivalence. Contractors may apply for the award of a contract if they: 1. submit a valid offer with attachments, meeting the requirements of the notice and the SWZ, 2. are not excluded under the rules set out in Chapter VI of the SWZ, 3. meet the following conditions for participation in the procedure regarding: 3.1. ability to operate in business transactions, the Ordering Party does not set conditions in this regard. 3.2. the right to conduct a specific business or professional activity, insofar as it results from separate provisions. The contracting authority does not set conditions in this regard. 3.3. the technical or professional capacity of the Ordering Party does not set conditions in this respect. 3.4. the economic and financial situation of the Ordering Party does not set conditions in this respect. 4. The assessment of compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure will be made in accordance with the formula ‘meets – does not meet’ on the basis of the documents required by the Contracting Authority.
