PL-Władysławowo: street-cleaning and sweeping services

The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in urban areas in the municipality of Władysławowa during the summer and winter periods. The administrative territory of the municipality of the city of Władysławowa comprises the following localities:
— Władysławowo,
— Cottage,
— Choke,
— Dishes,
— Jastrzębia Góra,
— Have died,
— Ostruvo,
— Karvia.
Summer treatment includes:
(a) mechanical and manual sweeping and cleaning of streets, pavements, squares, parking playgrounds and other areas indicated by the Contracting Authority, including the emptying of misters in the areas indicated in Annex 10;
(b) post-winter cleaning (one-off): removal of sand from streets, pavements, squares and parking areas,
Winter treatment includes:
(a) cleaning of leaves, snow, ice and mudguards of pavements, squares, playgrounds, car parks, roads, cycle paths in the order set out in Annexes 11 and 12,
(b) snow (using plough) with the removal of slippery by ploughing the streets with a sand-salt mixture. List of streets and pavements in Annexes 11 and 12,
(C) depending on weather conditions, the contractor will be required to remove other pollutants, e.g. paper, sand, leaves, etc. in the areas specified by the Contracting Authority, in the performance of the contract;
(D) emptying of mist in the areas indicated in Annex 10.
The contracting authority sets two standards for winter treatment:
— Standard I: a carriageway which is snow-wide and sprinkled over the whole length with a mixture of sand and salt,
— Standard II: a carriageway snow at its full width and saturated with a sand-salt mixture on: intersections of roads, intersections of roads with railway lines, sections with an inclination of more than 4 %, bus stops, pedestrian crossings and other places designated by the Contracting Authority.
The closure of illegal landfills involves the cleaning of litter and other waste in the administrative area of the municipality of Władysławowa.
The service will be provided in particularly justified cases, at the request of the Contracting Authority, at the place indicated by the contracting authority. The service must be provided immediately after the telephone notification. Cleaned litter and waste must be exported to the delivery point.
