The work shall include the overall care, including the handling of all other related administrative acts relating to the client’s literature, including:
Review and remediation of the current subscriber base;
Managing and providing literature (subscriptions to periodicals;
Loose-leaf expenditure, daily and weekly newspapers, series works and electronic publications) including non-compliance,
Subscriptions, renewals and/or cancellations of subscriptions;
Ordering one-off expenditure (including books);
The recording and handling of orders (handling orders, cancellations, receipt recording, reminder, processing changes);
Checking and paying invoices to publishers and providing central invoicing to the client;
