Description

Framework agreements will be concluded for the 3 lots for a maximum period of 18 months, between November 2026 and April 2028, having as object "Social assistance services with and without accommodation for adults with disabilities". Estimated minimum CA value: RON 111 147.18 (standard cost/21 beneficiary/month), Maximum estimated value of the CA: RON 2 000 649.24 (standard cost/21 beneficiaries/18 months), Estimated minimum CS value: RON 111 147.18 (standard cost/21 beneficiary/month), Estimated maximum value of CS: RON 889 177.44 (standard cost/21 beneficiaries/8 months) The estimated minimum and maximum quantities and values for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts per lot can be found in Annex 1 to the . Tender Specifications The services will be provided in Romania, by an accredited provider under Law No 197/2012, in licensed locations organised as care and assistance centres, in accordance with Order No 507/2026 approving specific minimum quality standards for social services for adults with disabilities. Beneficiaries who will be offered social services will be admitted to residential centers/day centers. All the technical aspects regarding the services requested and the content of the tenders to be submitted by the tenderers can be found in the tender specifications. The method of completing the tenders can be found in the Instructions for tenderers document and in the tender specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
