Description

The former guest house in the Lammareal with once 22 guest rooms is to be converted into a residential building by extensive renovation and refurbishment measures. The basic structure of the building is suitable for various forms of living due to the small-scale guest room layout. In addition to the 6 classic 2-4 room apartments, apartments for apprentices are also to be created. In addition, the following housing offers are to be created as part of the Junge Wohnen funding programme: 3x single rooms with private bathroom and kitchen, 4x single rooms with private bathroom and communal kitchen. In the course of the conversion, the property will be energetically renovated and the external appearance - urbanly based on the listed buildings in the immediate vicinity - redesigned. With regard to the building structure of the guest house, the assumptions in the present cost estimate, except for the planned demolition measures, essentially assume that the existing building will be preserved and that the wall/ceiling and roof truss constructions will be professionally converted and renovated.
