Description

Irado has regular repairs carried out on containers. Parts are repaired, welded or replaced. Revisions (as new) of containers are also carried out. Some of the parts are replaced, the container is reblasted and sprayed and then stickered by Irado itself. As a result, the container is neat again in terms of both parts (technically) and appearance and then has a longer lifespan. In practice, we make more frequent use of revisions. This is a more sustainable and cheaper solution than purchasing containers over and over again. Through this European tender procedure, we are looking for a party that can repair and overhaul our various types of containers. For repairs, we would like to make use of a breakdown service, so that repairs can be repaired quickly. For this there must be a workshop available that can be reached within fifteen minutes from Fokkerstraat 550 in Schiedam. Examples of work: - Aim container walls and doors; - Repair or replacement of (bottom) sheet metal / sealing of holes; - Repair or replacement of closures; - Repair or replacement of rollers/wheels; - Repair or replacement of longitudinal beams/ chassis beams/ carriage(s); - Repair or replacement of doors and/or valves; - Restoring the watertightness of containers; - Assembling folding net or roller tarpaulin construction; - Blasting and spraying of containers.
