In view of the urgent need to find nurses, the Intersectoral Health Services Fund (FINSS) organises various projects that allow workers wishing to start a second career in healthcare to undergo training. FINSS requires some certainty as to the choice of training, motivation and chances of success of candidates, so they must be selected by an evaluator.
