Comprehensive contract for the maintenance and repair of lifts in the university buildings, in 2 lots

The subject of this contract, in 2 lots, is the regular maintenance, repair and maintenance of the lifts and goods lifts of the University of Liège listed in the attached inventories. The contractor shall comprise all the works, supplies and services set out in these special specifications. The contractor will be a maintenance company certified in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 requirement (2000 edition) for lifting maintenance activities. The contractor shall guarantee the proper functioning of the equipment in full compliance with the safety rules applicable to each type of apparatus. The equipment is multi-brand manufacturing. The University reserves the right to add and/or withdraw equipment from this contract without any cost and/or damage to the contractor. For information, the following may be added: for lot 1 Liège-Arlon:• 2024: 6 devices in Liège and 3 in Arlon• 2025: 15 apparatus in Liège• 2029: 2 apparatus in Liège• 2030: 10 devices in Liègefor lot 2 Gembloux:• 2026: 1 equipment: Lot 1: Liège, Sart Tilman and Arlon.Lot 2 sites: GemblouxThis equipment is monitored via SECT checks and maintained (withdrawal of SECT comments, etc.). The details of the conditional slices can be found in the inventories and concern lifts which are not part of the basic inventory. Conditional tranches may be strengthened independently of each other during the contract when a new lift is to enter the all-inclusive contract and the budget allows it.
