CLEA, a subsidiary of DALKIA, is the concessionaire of a district heating network serving the Bellevue, Dervallières and ATLANTIS district in Nantes/St Herblain (10,000 Equivalent housing units). The CLEA network is made up of three main branches: NORTH, SOUTH, EXTENSION, and a connection Gas Chaufferie / Biomass Chaufferie. The planned works are on the extension part ATLANTIS, and the creation of a new boiler room. Indeed, in agreement with Nantes Métropole (delegating authority), CLEA envisages the creation of a boiler room in the ATLANTIS district, consisting of heat pumps. This requires the establishment of a water network promoting heat exchange for the operation of heat pumps.
