Description

Consiste en el mantenimiento integral de todas las instalaciones de prevención y protección contraincendios, que garantice su aptitud y correcto funcionamiento, incluidos todos los elementos que forman parte de dichas instalaciones, incluyéndose aquellos grupos electrógenos existentes en las edificaciones y que den suministro complementario y que den suministro complementario de seguridad a dichas instalaciones contraincendios existentes en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Arucas. En dicho mantenimiento integral se contemplan todas las actuaciones de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y sustitutivo que sean necesarias conforme a la normativa vigente para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas, haciendo hincapié en sus aspectos básicos de seguridad, con el fin de verificar su correcta conservación y aptitud de uso, según la reglamentación vigente, así como atender, reparar y resolver todas las averías o anomalías que surjan durante la vigencia del contrato. El servicio se prestará conforme a las especificaciones, contenido y alcance establecidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas y en el presente Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares.
