It consists of the integral maintenance of all the facilities of prevention and protection against fire, that guarantees its aptitude and correct operation, including all the elements that are part of said facilities, including those generators existing in the buildings and that give complementary supply and that give complementary supply of security to said existing fire facilities in the dependencies of the City of Arucas. This comprehensive maintenance includes all the preventive, corrective and replacement maintenance actions that are necessary in accordance with current regulations to guarantee their correct functioning, emphasizing their basic safety aspects, in order to verify their correct conservation and suitability for use, according to current regulations, as well as to attend, repair and resolve all breakdowns or anomalies that arise during the term of the contract.
