The project ‘REALIZATION OF PUBLIC ELECTRIC TRANSPORT IN DETA CITY AND PERIURBAN AREA’ is being developed in the context of the absence in the Deta Territorial Administrative Unit of an integrated public passenger transport system addressing the needs of the population both in terms of mobility, economic efficiency, comfort and pollution reduction. The project aims at investments aimed at improving urban public transport, investments aimed at electric transport, but also investments aimed at reducing CO2 emissions. Following the actions of the local authorities, the application was approved for which Grant Contract No 135192/28 November 2022 was concluded. The means of transport, the two Buses, will be used within the public transport service of the city, within it, respectively the peri-urban area Oras Deta and Banloc Commune.
