Description

Zur Vergabe ausgeschrieben sind die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung Lph 1-6 gemäß HOAI, und die Planungsleistungen zum Vorbeugenden Brandschutz Lph 1-5 und 8 gem. AHO Heft Nr. 17 für folgende Sanierungsmaßnahme: Generalsanierung und Umbau des Nachbarschaftshaus Gostenhof (Baujahr 1913) im Ensembleschutzgebiet. Teil der Maßnahme ist zudem der Abbruch und Neubau eines bestehenden eingeschossigen, nicht unterkellerten, erneuerungsbedürftigen Sanitäranbaus (Baujahr 1989) der benachbarten denkmalgeschützten Schulaula.
