Incident clearance, fault correction and customer-driven work management must be fully operational at the start of the contract period. The service provider acts as HSV’s representative for the coordination of co-construction in common civil engineering sites. The construction of the network should make maximum use of co-construction with telecommunications operators and outdoor lighting. In the case of co-construction projects, the selected service provider is obliged to build third-party civil engineering works if those operators commission a part of the co-construction. In these cases, the selected service provider negotiates the construction costs between the third party and HSV.
