Description

Настоящата обществена поръчка е насочена към разработването и внедряването на интегрирана система (програмен продукт), в която ще бъдат интегрирани елементи с различни нива на достъп. Това от своя страна ще даде възможност системата да е полуавтоматизирана и да бъде свързана с интернет страница на институцията на омбудсмана. Ще бъдат зададени нива за достъп на различните служители (деловодство, експерти, началник-отдели, директори, омбудсман и зам.-омбудсман, служители на изнесени приемни), както и жалбоподатели, публична част на системата. Ще се разработи и мобилно приложение на страница (част от поръчката за системата), позволяващо лесна работа със страница и подаване на жалби през мобилни устройства. Системата ще бъде изработена по начин, подкрепящ използването й от хора с увревдания. Ще се обособи модул с опростена версия за деца.
