Cetnarski in Łańcat, consisting of the construction of a rainwater sewerage system and the reconstruction of the conflicting technical infrastructure from km 22+ 146 to km 23+ 516.7 km, reconstruction of the road and the construction of a pavement in the section 22+ 146 to 23+ 067.5 km
— Renovation of carriageways and pavements from km 23+ 067,5 to km 23+ 516.7
— Construction of a section of the rainwater system with the outlet to the Mikośka stream and the consolidation of the stream in the area of the bridge along the street. Cetnarski in Łańcut’

The construction of the sewerage system will be carried out on the basis of the Notice of intention to proceed with construction works dated 6 October 2015. (to which the Rzeszów PUW by letter of 2 December 2015 did not raise any objection).

The contracting authority shall require that the works covered by the contract be carried out on the basis of and in accordance with:
— Special conditions of the FIDIC to the general conditions of the construction contract for civil engineering and construction works designed by the Contracting Authority (according to the General Conditions, 4th edition – Polish – unchanged 2008 – translation of the 1st edition of the 1999 edition, which also contains guidance for drawing up the Specific Terms and Conditions).
— Documents relating to the Regional Operational Programme for Podkarpackie Province 2014 – 2020;
— The specifications of the essential terms of the contract, including:
(a) Act of the works contract (Chapter V of the ToR),
(C) the cost estimate (Chapter III of the ToR);
(D) Technical documentation (Chapter IV of the ToR)
(e) Detailed technical specifications (Chapter IV of the ToR)
(F) Instructions for economic operators (Chapter I of the ToR)

II.2. In particular, the Contractor shall be required to:
(a) fulfil the obligations arising from the Act of the Agreement, the ToR and the applicable legal provisions.
