The contract shall include optional tranches as defined in the tender specifications. The details of the phasing of the operation are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for by flat-rate prices. In view of the orientation given to its regional policies and support for the emergence of restoration projects, the Region wishes to review its Green and Blue Framework by a more functional approach by sub-frame and focus efforts on sectors with higher ecological stakes.
