Hybrid Document Scanning and File Storage
Currently, the archiving of outpatient and inpatient medical records is partly done digitally and conventionally using paper. The medical records are stored on a patient and case-by-case basis. Paper-based files are still being created. As digitization progresses, the number of documents in the files will gradually decrease. Study files are also kept at the UKM. After digitisation, the individual documents of these cases must be returned to the corresponding file cover and returned to the UKM.
