Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation d'une étude structure relative à l'état de conservation des éléments maçonnés des bâtiments de l'Université Paris Saclay. Il a pour objectif l'analyse des modes constructifs des bâtiments dans les différents campus. Cette analyse s'accompagnera d'une inspection visuelle des éléments maçonnés, permettant de définir un état de conservation général, détaillé par typologie de bâtiment. L'étude se base notamment sur la réalisation d'inspections visuelles des bâtiments et de leur structure pour identifier les principaux désordres structurels, évaluer leur durée de vie résiduelle et définir des plans d'action à court et moyen termes. Elle prévoit la prescription d'inspections destructives et non destructives menées par un autre prestataire, missionné par l'EPAURIF parmi les co-titulaires de l'accord-cadre « Diagnostic structure ».
