Germany-Munich: Disaster recovery services
As of 01/05/2019, the contracting authority will not, inter alia, have any support services for the existing soya software purchased in 2011.
The subject of the contract is therefore to provide assistance for error correction and further development, including adaptation to legislative changes, and the possibility to acquire further rights of use at defined prices by 30 April 2023. The present case is not a framework agreement within the meaning of Paragraph 21 of the VgV, since the system service is the principal service (see contract value estimate). The purpose of the services is therefore:
(a) service quota (optional without entitlement to acceptance);
(b) re-purchase of licences (optional without entitlement to acceptance);
(C) maintenance and care for 14Plus and WebFM (whole system so far);
(D) maintenance and maintenance of crystals (former overall system);
(e) Maintenance of all newly purchased licences (see description of the subject of the contract, point (b)).
