Diese Vergabe beinhaltet die Planung der technische Gebäudeausrüstung für die ganzheitliche Modernisierung des denkmalgeschützten Empfangsgebäudes des Wormser Hauptbahnhofs in 4 Losen. Los 1: Anlagengruppen 410 Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, 420 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, 430 Raumlufttechnische Anlagen und 490 Sonstige Maßnahmen für Technische Anlagen Los 2: Anlagengruppe 440 Elektrische Anlagen Los 3: Anlagengruppe 450 Kommunikations-, sicherheits- und informationstechnische Anlagen Los 4: Anlagengruppe 480 Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation Die Planungsleistungen erfolgen nach BIM-Methodik. Die Leistungsphasen 1-2 nach HOAI sollen übertragen werden. Optional sind die Leistungen der Lph. 3-7 vorgesehen. Das anvisierte Nutzungskonzept besteht im Wesentlichen aus: Reisendenversorgung, Gastronomie/Dienstleistung, Komfort-Wartebereich, barrierefreies WC sowie Mitarbeiterwohnen und Büronutzung in den beiden Obergeschossen. Die gesamte Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) inkl. Keller und Dachraum beträgt ca. 3.900 m².
